Store-bought cards are nice but can never say as much as a homemade card. I always think that if you make your own card, it can take the focus off the gift that you may have not been able to spend much money on. That you cared enough to make your own card speaks more volumes than a cheap gift and a store-bought card. The great thing about homemade Mother's Day cards is that your Mom will love it no matter how it turns out, so don't worry about not having crafting skills.
