I think we could all use some budget-friendly DIY party ideas. Although this video theme is for a high school/college graduation, the theme and/or ideas could be used for any adult birthday, anniversary, wedding, shower, etc. Man or woman. The color scheme is black, gold and white...very classy.

Decorations were Dollar Tree gold plates with smaller white paper plates that say "graduation" on top. Taught were how to make weights for balloons (the kind you blow air into yourself) using canned goods and wrapping paper. Black and gold paper fans were open and stuck with pins to the white food table backdrop along with strands of black party beads draped like strands of pearls. Various Dollar Tree candy dishes held numerous Dollar Tree candy...which was the food served along with cupcakes bought at Sam's Club. Any food could be appropriate...not just candy...
