3. Unplug from Tech

The way that we are all constantly plugged into technology these days is a leading factor in the rise of negative thinking and anxiety. Try to foster a more positive environment by blocking yourself from the constant interaction of the world. Sit in silence and meditate, read an actual paper book, spend an evening doing some relaxing cooking. Anything that allows you to be productive without having to scroll through Facebook every other minute and check Instagram to see who has liked your most recent post first.
